COVID-19 Brain

While there are still many unknown factors with COVID-19, we do know that some many survivors report various long-term effects from fatigue and body aches to difficulty concentrating and difficulty sleeping. Brain fog is another common residual effect from COVID-19.

What is it?

Many individuals report that they have “brain fog”, which is not a medical term, but instead is a description for one who feels sluggish, fuzzy, or not as sharp as they would be usually. Typical fog complaints described are memory loss, trouble finding words, problems with attention, and being overwhelmed by simple tasks.
