What the Initial Assessment provides?
Our initial assessment evaluates a patient’s short- and long-term memory through immediate and delayed recall activities. During this assessment, the clinician will be able to evaluate the individual needs of every patient.
Easy to follow directions allow the patient the ability to complete the assessment with the assistance of a trained clinician.
The patients are evaluated on their ability to read and comprehend instructions, execute actions, and demonstrate memory and attention abilities.
Memory, attention, and executive function are each evaluated to determine deficiencies.
Based on the results of the assessment, the program automatically makes recommendations creating a customized treatment program.
Customized treatment programs address the individual needs of patients and their caregiver needs.
